Circuit Training is simply the art of linking thematic or complementary training elements into a conditioning workout.
Stations are sequenced in a logical order based upon the desired focus of the unit (progressing through drills, alternating between upper & lower body exercises, etc.).
The recovery or transitions are typically short and may involve another exercise (jogging, core exercise, etc.)
Construction of training circuits is only limited by one's imagination. The attachments below offer a starter set of conditioning and plyometric circuits for reference and inspiration.
