2013-14 TFXC Post-Season Awards & Summary

All-Academic Honors were announced by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association for the Track & Field seasons. Teams with a combined cumulative GPA of at least 3.10 were eligible along with individual student-athletes who ranked among the National Top-35 in their event(s) and carried a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30.

2014 CAC Women's Outdoor Champs

For the fourth year in a row and sixth time in the last seven years, CNU's Women's Track & Field Team earned the All-Academic Team recognition, joining the Women's Cross Country Team's inclusion last fall. Four individuals made the cut: Jessica McClelland (Stafford, VA), Enuma Ezenwa (Herndon, VA), and Jennifer Westerholm (Stafford, VA) all earned their second All-Academic Awards and Leah Richardson (Dinwiddie, VA) claimed her first honor. All four competed at the Div. III Outdoor Track & Field Championships this spring. McClelland also earned Academic All-State Team honors from the Virginia Sports Information Direcotrs (VaSID).

• National Champion #66 – Richard Roethel (Decathlon)

• All-American #493 – Dominique Torres (Outdoor Triple Jump – Runner-up; Indoor 7th Place)
