This page is the "unofficial" web site for everything you want to know about Christopher Newport University
Track & Field/Cross Country and is managed by Head Coach Tyler Wingard.
The process of rebuilding here on Google Sites is ongoing - some of the older content from the previous site is still being imported and hopefully will be completed soon.
To move around the site, roll your mouse over the headings on the navigation tabs above and a list of related links will appear below. The headings are also links (some unique, some included in the drop-down list).
This site continues to be a work in progress with much to add here in the future. Please check back often to keep up with the program and the growth of this site.
